Call the hotel's room reservation line at 888.627.8146; ask for the 100 Black Women Room Block. Each caller must identify themselves as a member or guest of
NCBW.
Room Rates:
(Based on double occupancy, $10.00 for each additional person)
$129.00 per night (plus applicable taxes)
2 Double Beds or 1 King Size Bed
$159.00 per night (plus applicable taxes)
Junior Suites (includes a sleeper sofa)
Reservations can be made immediately and will be honored if reserved by Friday May 14, 2010. Standard rates will apply after this date.
NCBW rates will be honored from Friday, June 4, 2010 through Sunday, June 6, 2010. Arrangements for early and/or late check-in/departures need to be arranged through the hotel. Each guest is responsible for booking their own reservation(s), making payments and will be accountable to the rules regulating the hotel. Photo ID and Credit Card/Cash deposit is required at check-in for incidental charges.
